1. Student Dormitory
This type of accommodation is ideal for students who are new to Canada and are first year students at William Academy. The dormitory provides single/double beds and three mails a day. The cost is $1300 for single room and $1100 for a double room.
2. House/Apartment Rentals
Many students like to rent accommodation that they share with a number of “room-mates” or “house-mates”. The school provides detail house/apartment rental information through a school bulletin or newspaper. This type of accommodation usually includes a refrigerator and stove but excludes gas and electric charges. Students are required to pay the first and last month’s rent as deposit. The average rent for a house rental is $450-$700. The average rent for an apartment is $700-$1500.
3. Home Stay Program
William International Academy offers a very unique home stay program. The recognition and popularity of our home stay program relies on our careful selection of our participating home stay families.
